The Ad Driver interface allows the user to control Digital Signage displays from the desktop, identify Digital Signage displays (up to four displays per terminal), and restart or exit Digital Signage displays.
When the Ad Driver interface is initially launched, it will prompt the user to identify all detected displays. Users can also edit previously identified displays from the system tray.
Ad Driver uniquely assigns a display number, therefore, the number assigned to the display by Ad Driver may not be the same identifier displayed by Windows when using the Display Identify feature or any Display Identify features of installed graphics card software.
After editing Digital Signage displays from the Back Office, users will sometimes need to Restart the Ad Driver interface to reset the display(s) and view any changes. Perfrming a Restart of Ad Driver will restart all displays identified by the terminal.
Users can close Digital Signage displays by exiting the Ad Driver interface. This will close all displays identified by the terminal.
